The user support package provides your users access to our Helpdesk support team anytime to address any issues related to software or hardware. Users have the option to call our 24/7/365 support line or email our helpdesk for assistance. Our highly trained legal applications specialist will work with each user to answer questions, resolve issues or provide necessary training. When remote support isn’t enough our team can be available for on-site visits to assess problems and make repairs. We’ll also provide access to education with our applications trainer as well as access to our Learning Management System for on demand learning that we have recorded for the firm.
