When was the last time you checked in with your network? In many cases, it was when the network was installed, or the last time you needed to deal with a failure. If we all knew when we were going to have the next problem, we’d be better prepared…but who has the time to keep an eye on the system?
The SimplicITy Network Monitoring service lets you focus on your practice while Advanced Legal’s experts are focused on your system. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) team remotely monitors your devices from outside of your network and notifies us of any potential problems that may impact your productivity. Monitoring is configured to report on disk space, availability and functionality, memory utilization, CPU utilization, and availability of key infrastructure services. Each month you will receive an executive summary that shows you the overall health of the network.
The Advanced Legal team uses monitoring agents that enable our staff to login remotely to your equipment, eliminating the need for hands-on access at your location. Every device serial number is logged into our database for asset management and support/warranty tracking.
The NOC is staffed from 5 AM PST to 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
