ProLaw not indexing all documents?

If you are finding that various documents are not appearing in full text searching, here is something to check:

1 – Is the file name the in form [document number].[extension].  If the document is named something other than the document number that it is in ProLaw, it will not be indexed.

2 – Is the document in the ProLaw document directory? This is set in matters preferences and typically is a server share.  If the document is not in this same share, it will not be indexed.

Both of these pieces of information can be checked from the tracking tab of an event if you are a ProLaw administrator.
